Reputation
Reputation also plays a dire part in your role-play experience here at Fairy Tail Guild. Reputation is essentially the fame that you earned in your endeavors and mission completion. It is to be noted that it will take many hours and adventures before one can truly become famous and respected in the world of mages. However, fame also comes with a price. As your reputation increases, people from around world start to take note of your ability and skill. In other words, it will give members an opportunity to metagame to a small extent.
Next, as you earn more reputation points, your name will become known to all in the world of mages. However, before that, there is a long journey ahead of you. Below is a list of how recognized a mage will be with the amount of reputation they have earned.
1 - 25 → A nobody, you have just started out as a mage and nobody else cares what you do or what you say. All in all, you are just a noob in the presence of other mages. So be polite and greet your senior.
26 - 75 → You have gained some fame as a mage and a few people know your name. If a client hears that you are taking their mission, they no longer have doubts that you might fail. Still, You are more or less insignificant, merely a 'supporting character' in the presence of important people.
76 - 150 → Your name is now well known amongst all the guilds. Everyone knows that you have some ability and they will never dare look down upon you. The clients are now more than willing to pinpoint you for their job requests. But wait a minute, fame comes with a price. Dark guilds are now aware that you might be a threat to them and who knows what they might do to you. You might even be invited to join their guilds. So watch your back whenever you are out on a mission!
> 150 → Your fame has spread throughout the whole world. Every single soul, even the Magic Council, knows of your great ability and power. Your every word and every action hold great consequences, so watch what you do in the public. Furthermore, the Council may even contemplate on giving you the title of a Ten Great Mages in your continent. The Dark Guilds now view you as a threat not to be reckon with. They no longer desire to recruit you as a member but instead, they will try to avoid you in any cost. Then again, stronger opponents will appear in your path. So be prepared, its either your funeral or theirs.
