1. No Spamming
Spamming includes the following:
Making irrelevant posts that do not add to the thread's topic.
Posting any advertisements without permission. (You may advertise through your signature that is NON-Fairy Tail Related)
Unsolicited advertisements via PMs to other members.
Starting duplicate threads or replies in multiple sub-forums/threads.
Double posting (posting multiple replies instead of using the Edit feature).
2. Signatures
Signatures that exceed the dimension of 600(w) x 300(h) and filesize of 250 KB will be asked to be removed for lagging purposes.
Excessively bright and distracting signatures will not be allowed.
Links to inappropriate websites, such as pornography and gambling sites, is a big NO NO.
3. No Swearing
No swearing allowed in the forums. Please be considerate that there are children here.
4. No Flaming
This is the one that I find the most annoying to deal with. Personal attacks such as flaming, instigating "flame bait", verbal abuse or mocking of members in forum posts are not tolerated and result in a temporary ban, if not permanent if continued.
5. No Trolling
A troll is someone who intentionally posts derogatory or otherwise inflammatory messages about sensitive topics to bait users into responding.
6. No Double Accounts
Do not create multiple accounts for conserving bandwidth purposes. We are able to view IP addresses, and anyone caught with multiple accounts will get all the accounts deleted as well as an infraction to their original account.
7. No Religious, Gambling, Political, and Adult/Sexual Topics
Threads on such topics will be closed or deleted on sight. These include future elections, terrorists etc etc you get the point. You will only be allowed to talk of these things on their official memorials or holidays and such.
8. Do not write in all Caps
Writing in all CAPS is rude in the internet world. It represents shouting and we do not appreciate unfriendliness on the forum.
9. No Hate Threads
Threads with titles such as "I hate lucy!!!!" are pointless and only serve as hubs of negativity. These type of threads will be closed and deleted on sight. If you must express your opinion like this, creating a discussion thread on points of why you dislike (not hate) him so much would be much better.
10. Rules Can Change
The moderating team reserves the right to change or alter these rules at any time and the team's words are final. |
